Yes. Most of our clients are building a single home. A kitchen, a few bathrooms, flooring, doors and a house of furniture usually fill one or two containers, which is enough for the savings to work.
The first consultation and your sourcing plan are free. If you go ahead, we agree our fee before any order is placed. It is a separate line on your quote, so you can see exactly what each factory charges.
In stages. A 40% deposit (50% for wardrobes) starts production once you approve the samples or specification, and the balance is paid after our inspectors have checked your goods, before they ship.
Yes. We supply wholesale ranges and private label from vetted factories, consolidate mixed-supplier containers, and inspect every order before it ships.
We check every item against the standards where you are building before it is made. If something is simpler or safer to buy locally, we tell you.
Many clients do. We plan the visit around your list and go with you to showrooms and factories.
