Much of what American showrooms sell for the home is made in Foshan. One house usually fills one or two containers, and at that volume the savings hold up even after freight, tariffs and our fee.
Tariffs on goods from China have changed often. We classify every item, include the rate in force on the day of your quote, and check again before your goods ship. If anything changes, you hear about it before you pay the balance.
We ship into Los Angeles and Long Beach, Oakland, Seattle and Tacoma, Houston, Savannah, Charleston, New York and New Jersey, and Miami, then truck to your site anywhere in the continental United States. Our shipping desk handles the security filing, customs bond and entry with a licensed customs broker.

We match every item on your list against the requirements where you are building and confirm certificates with the factory before production. If a local product makes more sense, we say so.

Fittings made for 120 volt supply and listed by a recognised testing lab, so your electrician and inspector can sign them off.

Composite wood has to meet federal formaldehyde limits. We only use factories that can certify it, and the label goes on the product.

Anywhere in the continental United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, get in touch and we will look at the options.
Do tariffs wipe out the savings?
For most of a house, no. Furniture, cabinetry and tile usually still come in well below US retail with tariffs included. Where they do not, we tell you and suggest buying that item locally.
Will my inspector accept the products?
That is why we check before production. We share specification sheets with your builder early so there are no surprises when the inspector visits.
Do I need an import licence?
No. Our shipping desk arranges the customs bond and entry through a licensed customs broker as part of the service.
