Australia is one of the easiest places to bring a home in from Foshan. Ships take two to three weeks, and most household goods and building materials enter duty free under the China Australia Free Trade Agreement with a certificate of origin, which we arrange.
You still pay 10 percent GST on import, and it is included in your delivered price. A licensed customs broker clears your container, and packing follows Australian biosecurity rules.
We ship into Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle and Adelaide, and deliver by truck to your site, including regional areas. Many of our Australian clients are owner builders, and we deliver in the order their trades need things.

Do you work with owner builders?
Yes, and they are some of our favourite clients. We work from your plans and your trades’ requirements, and deliver in the order you need things: wet area materials and windows first, furniture for handover.
Is it really duty free?
Most household goods and building materials from China qualify for zero duty under the free trade agreement with a valid certificate of origin, which we provide. GST of 10 percent still applies and is included in your price.
What about asbestos?
Australia allows no asbestos in imported goods, and the importer is responsible. For any product type with a risk, we arrange testing by an accredited laboratory and keep the certificates with your shipping documents.
Can I get stone benchtops?
Yes, though not engineered stone, which is banned in Australia. We supply porcelain, sintered stone, marble and granite, cut to your kitchen and bathroom drawings.
