Five chapters. You approve every one.

Most homes take 10 to 16 weeks to reach the United States and 9 to 14 weeks to reach Australia, from order to site.

  1. Week 1

    We listen

Tell us about the home: the plans, the budget, the light in the living room, the day the keys arrive. Your project lead turns it into a complete list of everything the house needs and walks through it with you, line by line.

  2. Week 2

    Your sourcing plan

Every piece priced to your door, with freight, duties or GST and delivery already included, and a timeline you can plan the build around. The number you see is the number you pay.

  3. Weeks 2 to 3

    Samples in your hands

We visit the factories we trust, weigh every quote side by side and post you the samples. You feel the fabric and see the stone before a single piece is made.

  4. Weeks 3 to 8

    Made, and watched closely

Photos and video as your pieces take shape. Before anything leaves, our inspectors stand in the factory and check each piece against the samples you approved.

  5. Weeks 9 to 16

    Home

Everything is brought together in Foshan, cleared by a licensed customs broker and delivered in the order your build needs it. The last box is opened, and the room is finished.

Our promises to you.

One person knows your project

Your project lead answers your messages, remembers every choice you make and stays with you from the first call to the last delivery.

We stand in the factory

Every inspection happens in person. A photo can show you a sofa; only someone in the room can check the stitching, the joints and the finish.

Every number is visible

Factory prices, freight, duties and our fee each sit on their own line, so you always know where your money goes.

Your plans stay yours

Drawings and details you send are used only for your project.

Working while you sleep, or on the same day.

Foshan is twelve to fifteen hours ahead of the United States. Messages you send in the evening usually have answers by morning, and factories have been visited while you were asleep.

For Australia we are on almost the same clock: two to three hours behind Sydney and Melbourne, and the same time as Perth, so we work the same day you do.

How you pay.

Consultation and plan

Free, with no obligation. The plan is yours to keep.

Our fee

Agreed before any order and shown as its own line, so factory prices stay visible to you.

Deposit

Paid to start production, only after you approve the samples and final specification.

Balance

Paid after our inspection passes. Nothing is loaded until you approve the report, and transit insurance is included.

Tell us about your home.

Send your plans, or a few lines about what you are building. We read every message ourselves and reply personally.
